This End-User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between the user ("User" or "You") and Trident Digital Tech Pte Ltd a Singapore corporation ("Licensor" or "We"). This Agreement governs your use of the Tridentity (the "Platform") provided by Licensor.
By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the Platform.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for the purpose of purchasing and managing event tickets.
You may not:
a. Use the Platform for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by this Agreement.
b. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform.
c. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Platform.
d. Remove or alter any copyright or other proprietary notices on the Platform.
To access certain features of the Platform, You may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
The Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Licensor and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform.
Licensor may collect and use information about your use of the Platform in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, You consent to such collection and use.
This license is effective until terminated by You or Licensor. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from Licensor if You fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Platform.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes will be adjudicated by the courts of law in Singapore.
Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
