By downloading or using the Tridentity Application (as defined below), or otherwise indicating your agreement, you are consenting to this Agreement, including the associated schedules and policies referred to herein. At all times herein, “we” or “us” or “our'' refers to Trident Digital Tech Pte Ltd and “you” or "your'' or “user” refers to the user who has opened an account with us.
These terms and conditions govern your use of all products and services by Trident. By using any of our products and/or services, you indicate acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must stop using any of our products and/or services.
This App is owned and managed by Trident Digital Tech Pte Ltd, a Singapore- incorporated private company (we refer to ourselves as “Trident”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “Company” in this document).
Trident reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these conditions whenever you use any of our products and/or services.
Our products and/or services may contain links to another website(s), which are not operated by Trident. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
YOU HEREBY AFFIRM THAT YOU ARE OF THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THE JURISDICTION IN WHICH YOU RESIDE AND CAPABLE OF FORMING A BINDING CONTRACT UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
1. From the effective date of this agreement, the "Trident Member Service Agreement" referred to in various parts of the Tridentity platform which refers to this agreement.
2. The Trident Member Service Agreement is an agreement between you (or "user") and Trident (hereinafter referred to as "us") regarding the opening and use of Trident members (see defined terms).
3. If you choose to explicitly accept this user agreement by page confirmation or any other means, or use official account, applet, website services by downloading, installing, logging in, etc., it means that you have fully read, understood and voluntarily accepted all the contents of this agreement. If you do not agree with any content of this agreement, please immediately stop the registration process.
4. Under this agreement, the operating entity of the Tridentity platform (as defined in the terms of the definition) may change. Should such a change occur, the operating entity of the Tridentity platform will jointly uphold this agreement and continue providing services to you. The change of the Tridentity platform operator will not affect your rights and interests under this agreement.
5. The new Tridentity platform operator may also add new services and/or products. If you use these new services and/or products, it is deemed that you agree to the new platform operator and you jointly fulfil this agreement. When a dispute arises, you can determine the subject of performance and the other party to the dispute based on the specific services you use and the specific behaviour objects that affect your rights and interests.
6. The terms listed in this agreement cannot fully list and cover all of your rights and obligations with us, and existing agreements cannot guarantee full compliance with future development needs. Therefore, the Privacy Policy and rules of the Tridentity platform are inseparable and have the same legal effect as this agreement. If you use Trident’s products and/or services, it is deemed that you agree to the above agreement.
1. Member: refers to a user registered on the Tridentity platform who possesses the civil capacity required by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction that they reside in and is suitable for your behaviour. Once you register on the Tridentity platform, you obtain a Tridentity membership and enjoy membership rights. Tridentity membership services are provided by Trident to users. If you do not possess the aforementioned civil capacity that is suitable for your behaviour, you and your guardian shall bear all consequences arising from this in accordance with legal provisions.
2. Tridentity platform: refers to mini programs, websites, and other Trident related products and services that have emerged as part of Trident’s business growth and advancements in technology development, such as the TriVerse mini program
3. Trident loyalty points: refers to the loyalty points earned through the purchase of products and services on Tridentity platform as part of being a Tridentity member that is conferred with a Tridentity account
4. Membership Rights: Refers to the special rights and interests enjoyed by users based on Tridentity membership, including preferential rights and interests for specific products, membership for specific platforms, and specific service rights and interests.
1. You should ensure that during the opening and use of the membership service, you always have full legal capacity that is suitable for your behaviour, and ensure that you have the actual ability to sign and fulfil the rights and obligations under this agreement. Before activating the membership service, you need to complete the registration or login of the Tridentity platform to confirm your main identity information. Your member username and password are consistent with the information filled in during the registration of the Tridentity platform. After the membership service is activated, you can also modify the information filled in during registration, including but not limited to birthday, phone number, nickname, home address, licence plate number, etc., according to the actual situation. But you understand and agree that you have an obligation to maintain the authenticity and validity of the information you provide.
2. In order to facilitate your use of various websites, clients, and mini programs on the Tridentity platform, as well as to improve member benefits, the Tridentity platform has established a unified membership system. The account you register on any Tridentity platform can be used to log in to various websites, clients, and mini programs on the Tridentity platform, including but not limited to birthday, phone number, nickname, home address, and other information Personal information such as transaction information (points and growth value) can be shared on the Tridentity platform. The Tridentity platform will strictly comply with the provisions of the Privacy Policy to protect the security of your personal information.
3. In order to facilitate your use of membership services and enjoy membership benefits, you authorise us to collect your personal information from the Tridentity platform and authorise mutual sharing of your personal information among Tridentity platforms. To protect the security of your personal information, we will collect, store, use, disclose, protect, and cancel your personal information in accordance with the requirements of the applicable Tridentity platform's Privacy Policy.
4. You understand and agree that we will verify whether your phone number is a real phone number and match the city where your phone number is located through a third-party platform when you request registration or login, in order to provide you with better services.
5. You can also apply to cancel your membership account. We will assist you in gradually cancelling your authenticated identity and registered account after completing reasonable and necessary verification of personal identity, security status, device information, etc., and gradually delete all information related to your authenticated identity and registered account according to your requirements. If the Tridentity points in your account are above a specific threshold which is determined by Trident, or if the Tridentity points are at a negative, or if you still have Tridentity to be issued but have not yet received the account, or if you have unfinished business, you will not be able to apply for account cancellation. If you need to, you can change the account according to the account change rules. If you apply to cancel or change your membership account, you can contact Tridentity platform customer service, and we will handle the corresponding cancellation or change procedures for you within the promised time. Within 90 days after account cancellation, it is a cooldown period for cancellation. You can apply to register as a new member again 90 days after account cancellation.
6. The Tridentity platform shall not be responsible for any losses or consequences caused by your active disclosure of a member account or your actions such as being attacked or defrauded by others. You may obtain your own legal advice and seek remedies against the infringer as appropriate.
1. Membership interests may include some or all of the following types (actual types of interests may increase or decrease):
a. Specific product discounts refer to special benefits obtained through the purchase of specific products, such as enjoying discounted prices, obtaining discounts, and using category coupons;
b. The membership of a specific platform can be directly activated or obtained, and special benefits corresponding to the membership rights of that specific platform can be enjoyed;
c. For specific services, you can directly enjoy the special benefits of special services;
d. Tridentity point acquisition and redemption, that is, obtaining Trident loyalty points in specific transaction scenarios and using Trident loyalty points to redeem related goods or services;
e. Other rights and interests.
2. Please note that should there be a birthday benefit as part of the membership benefits, it can only be enjoyed once a year. If you modify the birthday information retained during registration after enjoying the birthday benefits, you will not be able to enjoy the birthday benefits again within that year.
3. Membership rights may include or involve goods, functions, or services actually provided by third parties (hereinafter referred to as "third-party content"). As the actual provider of the content, please understand that the relevant agreements and/or rules (such as commodity trading orders, etc.) of the content are reached between you and the third party. If you have any questions or needs during the use of third-party content, you can directly contact and communicate with the third party.
4. In order to better provide you with services, we will provide your limited relevant information to the third party based on the specific authorization and Privacy Policy provided by you to the third party in the agreement reached between you and the third party, and in accordance with the principle of necessary and minimum content provided by the third party to you.
5. In order to continuously improve your membership experience, you understand that there may be new or reduced membership benefits. You may continue to use the corresponding benefits, functions or services according to the actual situation after the change and apply the relevant provisions of this agreement.
6. Membership services and membership benefits are only for your personal use. As an important identification for you to enjoy the corresponding services and benefits, your username, password, and biometrics (if any) are all set and kept by you.
7. The use of a member account by others may have a negative impact on your own rights and interests and could also have other legal consequences.. Therefore, please do not give your account to others for use; From a fair and reasonable perspective, you should be aware that all operations implemented through this account can only be considered as your own behaviour by default, and any consequences arising from this will be borne by you and the actual user.
8. You ensure that you will make reasonable use of your membership services, do not use them for profit or illegal gain, do not transfer or transfer your membership services or membership rights in any form, and do not lend your membership services or membership rights to others in any way. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have engaged in any improper use of membership services, your membership and membership rights will be cancelled. You shall be responsible for your improper use of membership services and the consequences (including losses). If you cause losses to us, we have the right to recover from you.
9. You are aware and agree that in order to ensure that you fully enjoy membership services and avoid missing out on high-quality membership benefits, we may provide you with information related to membership benefits through messages, notifications, SMS, and other forms.
1. In order to further increase member benefits, we will set levels for members, and members of different levels will enjoy different benefits.
2. We have the right to raise or lower the membership level according to the corresponding rules.
3. The specific rules will be announced on the Tridentity platform. For the rules that have already been announced, we will adjust them according to the situation and publish the adjusted version. Once published, they will take effect. Please pay attention to the information that has been laid out on the Tridentity platform and carefully read the relevant content.
1. Trident loyalty points, as one of the member benefits, can be used to exchange goods or services on the Tridentity platform, cooperative units, etc. The specific exchange method and details are subject to the rules published on the Tridentity platform.
2. Trident loyalty points cannot be directly purchased or recharged. You can only obtain them by participating in various online and offline activities such as the Tridentity platform and cooperating units.
3. Trident loyalty points are only applicable for personal use and do not apply to group use exchange, exchange for profit or sales purposes, or other non-personal use exchange activities.
4. Trident loyalty points do not support invoicing, transfer, withdrawal, resale, or commercial transactions of Trident loyalty points in any form. If you do not use points in accordance with the rules for using or redeeming Trident loyalty points, your point account may be suspended, cancelled, restricted, or terminated. If you use your points for improper profit or illegal business operations, including but not limited to malicious point fraud, using points to obtain cash, etc., we have the right to directly freeze your account and carry out operations on the account, including but not limited to withdrawing Trident loyalty points that have been issued, investigating and obtaining evidence, restricting or terminating use.
5. When you use Trident loyalty points to redeem and/or offset the cost of various goods or services, we will use the method of verifying the SMS verification code or entering the redemption password to ensure your transaction security and confirmation that the transaction is made on your own accord. You should attach great importance to the confidentiality of your account and registered mobile phone, promise to keep the obtained SMS verification code properly, and bear the losses caused by you leaking the SMS verification code to others.
6. Considering that Trident loyalty points are obtained through the purchase of goods and/or services across the Tridentity platform an invoice can be issued upon written request by relevant entities in accordance with the applicable laws.
7. You fully understand and agree that when you use Trident loyalty points offline, any transaction issues, quality issues, etc. related to the product cannot be related to us. When you purchase from an offline Trident lifestyle partner merchant or any authorised offline merchant partner of Trident, you may use the Trident loyalty points in their account to offset the product consideration and the relevant offline merchant is responsible for providing the goods and bearing product and/or services with its related responsibilities.
1. Orders
a. If the products and services of Trident are operated by any third- party merchants, the business entity of the products shall be based on the merchant information displayed on the page. If it is not displayed on the page, you can apply for customer service to provide it.
b. You understand and agree that the products and services displayed by Trident, along with their prices, specifications, and other information, are for your reference only. When placing an order, you must confirm the specific content of the order. Once confirmed, you may proceed with your order.
c. The products and prices displayed in the currency that is denominated by the merchant. When placing an order, you must fill in the quantity of goods you wish to exchange, price and payment method, contact information, delivery address (contract fulfilment location), contract fulfilment method, and other information wherever relevant and applicable. The computer information system will automatically generate data including payable Trident loyalty points based on the content you fill in. After the data is confirmed by the merchant you want to redeem the product (including but not limited to product quantity, delivery area, etc.), you will be deemed to have established an order with the merchant who can redeem the product after actually using the equivalent Trident loyalty points which is available in your account at that current point of time.
d. Both you and the merchant have the right to cancel orders for related products before the order is established. If you have already redeemed your Trident loyalty points and the product you want to redeem is out of stock, we will process a refund of the equivalent Trident loyalty points for you. You understand and acknowledge that the return time may vary due to different payment platforms, payment methods, and other reasons. After the order is cancelled for any reason, we will refund the Trident loyalty points you have redeemed to your account.
2. Exchange of Trident Loyalty Points for Product and/or Services
a. You understand and acknowledge that based on the preset product and services activity rules, if the merchant announces on the page that certain products have a limited purchase quantity, the merchant has the right to unilaterally cancel the orders you have submitted that exceed the limited purchase quantity. The above limited purchase quantity is not limited to a single account, unless otherwise specified. If you place an order through multiple accounts within a certain period of time and the quantity of a single order does not exceed the limited purchase quantity of the product, the merchant has the right to cancel the relevant order if it is determined by the recipient address, order IP address, contact phone number, consignee, etc. that the actual redeemer is a single person or closely related to you, and the total redeemed quantity of multiple orders exceeds the limited purchase quantity of the product, We have the right to decide whether to freeze your Tridentity member account based on this situation and prohibit you from reusing the Tridentity platform for a certain period of time.
b. Your exchange behaviour should be based on real exchange needs, and there should be no malicious exchange or malicious rights protection of goods and/or services that disrupt the normal order of Tridentity platform. Based on the need to maintain the order and safety of Tridentity platform, we can proactively execute actions such as closing relevant transaction orders when we discover the above situation.
c. If there are any of the following situations, we have the right to determine that the order is an abnormal order and can cancel the order before the goods are delivered, returning your Trident loyalty points:
d. Despite our best efforts to ensure the accuracy of product prices, there may be occasional pricing errors in product prices. If the correct pricing of a certain product is higher than the pricing displayed on the Tridentity platform, or if the order price is incorrect due to system settlement errors, we have the right to cancel the order and return the Trident loyalty points you have actually used.
e. (The product information and packaging information of third-party merchants are designed, produced, and published through data ports, and their authenticity, accuracy, and legality are the responsibility of the merchants. We do not assume any responsibility for any impact on your use of the exchanged product due to incorrect information.
3. Delivery
a. The products you redeem on Tridentity platform will be delivered to the delivery address you specified by the merchant and will be held responsible for you. The delivery time listed in the order information is the reference time, and the calculation of the reference time is estimated based on inventory status, normal processing, delivery time, and delivery location.
b. You should clearly and accurately fill in your delivery address, contact person, and contact information. If the consignee you fill in is not yourself, you shall bear the legal consequences arising from the consignee's behaviour and expression of intention.
4. After sales service
a. For non-self operated products or services within the Tridentity platform, the after-sales service is the responsibility of the merchant, and we do not assume any after-sales responsibility. The after-sales service for different types of products varies depending on their nature. You should pay detailed attention to the labelling or display content on the product page during the redemption process.
5. Customer Service
a. If you apply for our customer service to intervene in resolving disputes, you acknowledge and agree that our customer service, as an independent third party, will make a mediation decision based on their knowledge of the disputed facts. If you are not satisfied with the mediation decision, you still have the right to adopt other dispute resolution methods to resolve the dispute.
1. The content of Trident’s products and/or services is for your general information and use only. Trident reserves the right to change the content, at any time, without notice. You may view, download (for caching purposes only), and print pages from the website for your own personal use.
2. You must not use any of Trident’s products and/or services in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
3. You must not use any of Trident’s products and/or services to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit, or other malicious computer software. You must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining, data extraction, and data harvesting) on or in relation to this website without Trident express written consent.
Information submitted to the Website is governed according to Trident’s current Privacy Policy. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering with the Website. It is your responsibility to maintain and promptly update this account information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. 2. The termination of this agreement shall not affect the rights and obligations arising between you and us based on this agreement before termination. Due to your reasons, we have suffered third-party claims, administrative penalties, etc. You should compensate for the losses and/or expenses incurred as a result, including reasonable legal fees, investigation and evidence collection fees, etc.
1. In accordance with changes in national laws and regulations and the needs of Trident’s operations, we have the right to periodically formulate, modify this agreement and/or related service rules through website announcements, suspend, cancel, and modify the terms of this agreement. Once the modified agreement is announced on the Tridentity platform, it will take effect and replace the original agreement.
2. You should pay timely attention to the various service rules and changes to this agreement that are published from time to time. If you do not agree to the modification of the relevant rules and terms, you should terminate your membership in a timely manner. If you continue to use the membership service, it will be deemed that you agree to the updated agreement.
3. This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
4. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

If you have read the Agreement, and completed the membership registration application according to the sign-up process, it means that you have fully read and accepted all the contents of the Agreement and indicate that you agree that we will process your personal information in accordance with the Agreement.
