1. Related party: refers to any affiliated company of Trident Digital Tech Pte. Ltd.

2. Tridentity platform: refers to mini programs, websites, and other products and services that have emerged as part of Trident’s business growth and advancement in technology, such as the TriVerse mini program

3. Trident loyalty points: refers to the loyalty points earned through the purchase of products and services on Tridentity platform as part of being a Tridentity member that is conferred with a Tridentity account

4. Personal information: refers to various information recorded electronically or otherwise related to identified or identifiable natural persons, excluding information processed through anonymization.

5. Sensitive personal information: refers to personal information that, once leaked or illegally used, can easily cause harm to the personal dignity or personal and property safety of natural persons, including biometric identification, religious beliefs, specific identities, medical health, financial accounts, whereabouts, and other information, as well as personal information of minors under the age of 14.

6. Personal information deletion: refers to the act of removing personal information from systems involved in implementing daily business functions, leaving it in a state that cannot be retrieved or accessed.

7. De-identification: refers to the process of processing personal information so that it cannot identify a specific natural person without the use of additional information.

8. Anonymisation: refers to the process in which personal information cannot be identified as a specific natural person and cannot be restored after processing.

Information Collected

We will collect information that is voluntarily provided by you when you register with our websites, products and/or services. This includes placing an order on our services, subscribing to our newsletter or when completing a form. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your prior consent.

The information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

1. To personalise your experience and improve the basic and additional functions of our products and services.

In conjunction with the above, we have outlined specific functional scenarios that better illustrate how the privacy policy will apply across the range of products and services that we will provide to you and this include:

(A) Becoming a Tridentity member and account management

A.1 – Basic membership services

We provide basic user services for you based on your personal account on the Tridentity platform. To create a Tridentity platform account, you need to provide at least your phone number and personal email for creating a personal account.

For the use of products and/or services that require a Tridentity account, we may verify your membership based on the above information provided by you to ensure that we are providing services for you personally.

When you log into the Tridentity platform for the first time, there will be an initial verification process. We will verify your personal identity by sending you a One-Time-Verification (‘OTP’) code via text message.

We will determine your current membership level based on the usage of your member account and the membership level calculation rules set by the platform, and provide you with the basic benefits corresponding to your membership level.

A.2 – Additional membership services

Authorised Login: We may obtain your third-party account information (avatar, nickname, and other information prompted on the page) from a third party based on your individual authorisation consent, and bind it to your personal account, allowing you to directly log in and use our products and/or services through the third-party account. We will use your relevant information within the scope of your authorisation and consent.

A.3 – Account information display

If you already have an account on the Tridentity platform, we may display your personal information mentioned above as well as the operations you have performed on the Tridentity platform or in the products and services associated with the Tridentity platform account (you can use the products or services provided by us and/or affiliated companies through the Tridentity platform account at the product/service entrance provided by us), this includes centrally displaying your personal information, rights, and transaction orders through the Tridentity platform account.

We will respect your choices regarding Tridentity platform services and Tridentity platform account settings. We may also display your above information based on your explicit authorisation in other products and services.

(B) Necessary functions for information search and display

During your use of our products/services, in order to identify abnormal account status, understand product compatibility, provide you with more suitable page displays, improve and optimise product features, we may obtain the relevant information of your corresponding account from the Tridentity platform based on your authorisation, including:

Device Information: We will receive and record information related to the device you are using (including device model, operating system version, device settings, device environment, and other software and hardware feature information), as well as the location of the device (including your authorised GPS location and sensor information such as WLAN access points and base stations) based on your specific operations during software installation and/or use.

Service log information: When you use products or services provided by our website or client, we will automatically collect detailed usage information of our services from you and save it as a service log, including browsing, clicking to view, inspection, submitting issues, rectifying issues, as well as IP address, browser type, telecom operator, access date and time.

Please note that separate device information and service log information are information that cannot identify a specific natural person. If we combine this type of non-personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person, or use it in conjunction with personal information, during the combined use period, this type of non-personal information will be considered personal information. Unless authorised by you or otherwise specified by laws and regulations, we will anonymise or de-identify this type of information.

To provide you with more convenient and personalised information display, search, and push services that meet your needs, we will extract your preference features based on your device information and your browsing and usage information when using our or related party's products/services, and produce indirect crowd portraits based on feature tags for display, push information, and possible commercial advertisements. When we use your personal information for automated decision-making, we ensure the transparency of the decision and the fairness and reasonableness of the processing results. When we use automated decision-making methods for business marketing and information push, we will also provide options that are not specific to your personal characteristics.

We strive to ensure your user and browsing experience. If you do not want to accept the display, push information, and potential commercial advertisements generated by our automated decision-making, you can contact us through this privacy policy contact information.

In addition, we will also use your above information in order to continuously improve and optimise the above functions.

(C) The necessary functions for realising online Trident Loyalty Points redemption service

C.1. – Place an order

When you are ready to redeem your Trident Loyalty Points (“LP”) for the selected product and/or service, the system will prompt you on the amount of LP that is available for redemption.

When placing an order, you usually need to fill in your recipient's name, delivery address, and mobile phone number in the order. You can also authorise us to obtain the above information for your corresponding account from the Tridentity platform.

At the same time, the order will specify the tracking number, merchant name, information about the goods or services you purchased, the deductible LP, creation time, logistics information (logistics information is not displayed for services and virtual products), remarks, and status. We collect this information (including third-party services provided to you) in order to help you successfully complete the transaction, ensure the security of your transaction, facilitate your inquiry of order information, provide customer service and after- sales service, and other clearly stated purposes.

To facilitate your understanding, query, and management of order information, we will collect order information generated during your use of our services for display and convenience in order management. You can view and manage your order information through the 'Transactions' page.

When tickets and other services on the Tridentity platform, you may also need to provide your real name information in accordance with national laws and regulations or service providers (including ticketing parties, hotels, travel agencies and their authorised agents, basic telecommunications operators, mobile resale operators, etc.), These real name information may include your identity information (such as a copy or number of your ID card, officer's licence, passport, driver's licence, etc.), your own photo or video, name, and phone number. These orders may include your itinerary, hotel address, designated service address or device installation address (possibly your residential address). All of the above information constitutes your "order information". We will use your order information for identity verification, point redemption, order inquiry, and customer service consultation and after-sales service. We will also use your order information to determine if there are any abnormalities in your redemption service to protect its security.

Considering that the goods and/or services displayed on the Tridentity platform include those provided by third-party merchants, and the delivery, customer service, and after-sales service of the goods may be provided by the merchant for you, the specific information to be provided should also be subject to the requirements of the third-party merchant. We will provide your order information to the merchant to achieve such purposes.

C.2. – LP redemption function

The redemption function itself does not collect your personal information, but we need to share your order information and LP redemption information with merchants to confirm your redemption instructions and complete the redemption.

C.3. – Product delivery and/or service functions

After you place an order and complete the redemption of Jinbi points, we and/or third-party merchants cooperating with XX platform will complete the delivery of your order. You are aware and agree that the above institution will use your order information to ensure the safe delivery of the goods you have redeemed. At the same time, while providing delivery services for you, we will assist you in completing real name authentication based on certain business legal requirements.

C.4. – Customer service and after-sales functions

Our customer service and after-sales functions will use your account information and order information. To ensure the security of your account, our customer service will use your account information to verify your identity with you. When you need us to provide customer service and after-sales service related to your order information, we will check your order information. You may provide additional information on top of the above information when communicating with our customer service personnel, such as when you request us to change the shipping address, contact person, or contact phone number.

C.5. – Necessary functions to ensure the security of redemption services

To improve the security of your system when using our products and/or services, as well as accurately prevent phishing website fraud and protect account security, combat illegal and criminal activities, we may determine the risk of your account by understanding your browsing information, order information, commonly used software information, and device information, and may record some links ("URLs'') that we believe are at risk. We will also collect your device information to analyse system issues on the Tridentity platform, calculate traffic, and identify potential risks. When you choose to send us abnormal information, we will investigate it. If you do not provide the above information, we will not be able to protect your services and account security during your use of the Tridentity platform.

(D) You can choose whether to authorise us to collect and use your personal information.

To make your use of our services more convenient and enhance your experience, our following additional features may collect and use your personal information, or require your authorization to obtain the above information for your corresponding account from the Tridentity platform. If you do not provide this personal information, you may still be able to use the core features in our products or services, but you may not be able to use these additional features.

These additional features include:

D.1. – Additional features based on camera: When you are required to scan a QR code to authenticate the login of Tridentity-related platform services. At this time, you can activate camera permissions to take photos or videos.

D.2. – Additional function based on image upload: You can upload photos or videos you have taken as part of a chat function embedded within our TriVerse Mini App.

D.3. – Additional features based on voice technology: You can directly use the microphone to record voice descriptions or voice memos, or input sound when taking videos, making it easy for you to review later or for others to confirm issues or progress after uploading.

D.4. – Additional features based on location permissions: You can enable location permissions when taking photos or recording videos to associate the current location with photos and videos, allowing others to confirm whether your location is normal when applying for inspection or submitting issues.

The above additional functions may require you to enable us with access to your camera (camera), album (picture library), microphone, and geographic location (location information) on your device, in order to collect and use the information involved in these functions. You can check the activation status of your above permissions item by item through "System Settings ->Application Management ->Permission Management", and decide to turn these permissions on or off at any time (we will guide you to complete the settings in your device system).

Please note that by enabling these permissions, you authorise us to collect and use this personal information to achieve the above functions. By turning off these permissions you choose to cancel these authorizations, and we will no longer continue to collect and use your personal information, nor will we be able to provide you with the functions corresponding to these authorisations.

Your decision to turn off any permissions will not affect the processing of personal information based on your authorisation.

(E) You are fully aware that in the following situations, we may not need to obtain your authorisation and consent to collect and use personal information:

E.1. – Directly related to national security and national defence security;

E.2. – Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;

E.3. – Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;

E.4. – For the purpose of safeguarding significant legitimate rights and interests such as personal life and property, but it is difficult to obtain user’s authorised consent;

E.5. – The personal information involved is publicly disclosed by the personal information subject or their guardian to the public on their own;

E.6. – Collect your personal information from legally disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels;

E.7. – Necessary for signing and fulfilling the contract according to your requirements;

E.8. – Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the provided products and/or services, such as detecting and disposing of faults in the products and/or services;

E.9. – Necessary for news units to carry out legitimate news reporting;

E.10. – Academic research institutions conduct statistical or academic research based on the public interest, and when providing academic research or descriptive results to the public, de-label the personal information contained in the results;

E.11. – Related to our obligations under laws and regulations;

E.12. – Other situations stipulated by laws and regulations.

F.2. – Commercialisation

After collecting your personal information, we may anonymize some of the data through technical means, and the anonymized information will not be able to identify the subject. Please understand and agree that in this case, we have the right to use the information that has been anonymized; We have the right to analyse and commercialise the user database without disclosing your personal information.

F.3. – Cancellation

Please note that all personal information provided by you when using our products and/or services will continue to be authorised for use by us during your use of our products and/or services, unless you delete it, withdraw your consent through system settings, or contact us. When you cancel your account, we will stop using and delete or anonymize your personal information.

F.4. – Statistics

We will conduct statistics on the usage of our products and/or services and may share this statistical information with the public or third parties to demonstrate the overall usage trends of our products and/or services. But these statistics do not include any identification information for you.

F.5. – Replacement of Information

Should there be a need to display your personal information, we will use methods such as content replacement and de-labeling to desensitise your information to protect its security.

F.6. – Other Purposes

When we want to use your personal information for other purposes not specified in this privacy policy, or when information collected for specific purposes is used for other purposes, we will seek your consent in advance by ticking the relevant field.

Please understand that the products and/or services we provide to you will continue to be updated and changed. If you choose to use other products and/or services that are not listed in this privacy policy, we will provide you with a detailed explanation of the purpose, method, and scope of information collection through agreements, page prompts, and other means before collecting your personal information, and seek your consent. If you do not agree to provide the aforementioned information, you may not be able to use the product and/or service, but it does not affect your use of existing products and/or services.

Sharing, Transfer and Public Disclosure of Personal Information

(A) Sharing:

A.1. – Products and Services

In order for us to provide you with products and services based on our Tridentity platform, we may share your personal information with our affiliates and/or their designated service providers. We will only share necessary personal information and require related parties/or their designated service providers to protect your personal information in a manner not lower than the level of this privacy policy. If our affiliated parties seek to change the purpose of processing personal information, we will seek your authorisation and consent again.

A.2. – Third Parties

We may share your account information, device information, and location information with partners and other third parties to ensure the smooth completion of the services provided to you. But we will only share your personal information for legitimate, legitimate, necessary, specific, and clear purposes, and only share personal information necessary for providing services. Our partners have no right to use the shared personal information for any other purpose. Our partners include product providers and data analysis service partners. Unless we obtain your permission, we will not share your personally identifiable information (referring to information that can identify you, such as name, phone number, or email address, through which you can be contacted or identified) with our partners. In the use of personal sensitive data, we require third parties to adopt data desensitisation and encryption technologies to better protect user data.

A.4. – Memberships

To facilitate your use of membership services and enjoy membership benefits, we will share your account information (including but not limited to nickname, phone number, gender, birthday, licence plate number, etc.), device information (including but not limited to device model, device manufacturer, system version, operating system, etc.), and consumption information (including but not limited to order information, shipping address, and contact information, etc.) with the membership service provider (to be determined). To protect the security of your personal information, we will require specific service providers to strictly follow the provisions of this privacy policy.

If we share your sensitive personal information or if affiliated companies changed the purpose of using and processing personal information, we will seek your authorisation and consent again.

(B) Transfer and Public Disclosure:

The information we collect will be treated as an asset. If the department or part of its assets are acquired by another company, such information may become one of the transferred assets. In this case, if personal information transfer is involved, we will require the new company or organisation holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this privacy policy. Otherwise, we will require the company or organisation to seek your authorization and consent again.

If personal information needs to be transferred due to reasons such as merger, division, dissolution, or bankruptcy, we will inform you of the recipient's name and contact information, and require the company or organisation that receives your personal information to continue to be bound by this privacy policy.   • Collecting personal information from legally disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels;
  • When necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract to which you are a party;
  • Related to our obligations under laws and regulations;
  • Other situations stipulated by laws and regulations.

(D) Regarding third-party plugin management (adjusted according to actual situation):

To ensure the implementation of our related functions and the safe and stable operation of our applications, we will connect plugins provided by third parties to achieve this goal. We will conduct strict security checks on third-party plugins and require partners to take strict measures to protect your personal data.

When meeting new service requirements and business function changes, we may adjust the third-party plugins we connect to, and promptly disclose the latest situation of connecting to third-party plugins to you in this instruction.

Please note that third-party plugins may have some changes in their data types due to version upgrades, policy adjustments, and other reasons.

There are no current third-party plugins being utilised at the moment, and should there be any in future, we will provide the links to their official website links or related privacy protection instructions for reference.

Please note that we will only authorise your corresponding personal information interface to the third-party plugins mentioned above when you authorise and agree to activate the relevant functions or when you actively use the relevant functions and we provide sufficient prompts.

Protection and Storage of personal information

(A) Our technology and measures to protect your personal information

We attach great importance to personal information security and take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect personal information:

A.1. – Data security technical measures

We adopt security technology and management measures to prevent unauthorised access, use, public disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss of your personal information, including but not limited to:

  • We adopt encryption technology to encrypt and save user personal information, and isolate it through isolation technology. When using personal information, such as personal information display and personal information association calculation, we will use various data desensitisation technologies, including content replacement, to enhance the security of personal information during use;

We suggest that you use complex passwords when communicating with other users using tools such as email, instant messaging, and social media, and pay attention to protecting the security of your personal information.

We will do our best to ensure the security of any information you send us. If our physical, technical, or management protective facilities are damaged, and information is accessed, disclosed, tampered with, or destroyed without authorization, resulting in damage to your legitimate rights and interests, we will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

A.5. – Security Incident Handling

To address the risk of personal information leakage, damage, and loss, we have developed multiple systems and established an emergency response team. We initiate safety plans for different safety incidents in accordance with the regulations for handling safety incidents, conducting loss stopping, analysis, positioning, developing remedial measures, and collaborating with relevant departments to trace and crack down on them.

After an unfortunate personal information security incident occurs, we will promptly inform you in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations: the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures for you. We will promptly inform you of the relevant situation of the event through email, letter, phone call, push notifications, and other means. When it is difficult to inform the personal information subject one by one, we will take reasonable and effective measures to publish the announcement. (B) Storing your personal information

B.1. – Location

Your personal information will be stored within Singapore. If you use cross-border transaction services and need to transmit your personal information overseas to complete the transaction, we will separately obtain your authorised consent and require the recipient to process your personal information in accordance with the data protection agreement signed by both parties, this privacy policy, and relevant laws and regulations.

B.2. – Duration

We will only retain your personal information for the period required to achieve the purposes stated in this privacy policy, unless there are mandatory retention requirements by law. We determine the storage period of personal information mainly based on the following standards:

  • Complete the transaction purpose related to you, maintain corresponding transaction and business records to respond to your possible inquiries or complaints;
  • Ensure the safety and quality of our services provided to you;
  • Do you agree to a longer retention period;
  • According to the relevant needs of the statute of limitations for litigation;
  • Are there any other special agreements or legal regulations regarding the retention period.

After exceeding the retention period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

B.3. – Instance

Please note that once you successfully log out of your personal account, we will delete your personal information or anonymise it in accordance with applicable laws.

B.4. – Existence

If we terminate our service or operation, we will notify you at least thirty days in advance and delete or anonymise your personal information after the termination of the service or operation.

(C) Protection of minors

C.1. – Capacity

In the process of using our products and/or services, we assume that you have corresponding civil capacity. If you are a minor under the age of 18, before using our products and/or services, we request that your parents or other guardians ("guardians") carefully read this policy and use our products and/or services or provide us with information with the consent of your guardians. If you are the guardian of a minor, please pay attention to whether the minor has used our products and/or services after obtaining your authorised consent. We protect the personal information of minors in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations. We will not actively collect personal information from minors directly. For cases where personal information of minors is collected with the consent of the guardian, we will only use, share, transfer or disclose this information when permitted by law, with the consent of the guardian, or necessary to protect the minors.

If there is evidence that minors have registered to use our products and/or services without the consent of their guardians, we will negotiate with the relevant guardians and try to delete the relevant personal information as soon as possible.

C.2. – Safeguards

We further take the following measures to safeguard the personal information of minors ("children") who may be under the age of 14:

  • For the collected personal information of children, in addition to complying with the provisions of this privacy policy regarding user personal information, we will adhere to the principles of legitimate necessity, informed consent, clear purpose, security protection, and lawful use, strictly follow the requirements of laws and regulations such as the "Children's Personal Information Network Protection Regulations" for storage, use, and disclosure, and will not exceed the period necessary to achieve the purpose of collection and use, After the expiration, we will delete or anonymize the personal information of children.   • When you, as a guardian, choose to use our related products and/or services for a child under guardianship, we may need to collect personal information about the child under guardianship from you for the necessary purpose of fulfilling the relevant services to you. If personal information about children needs to be collected from you in specific services, we will obtain your authorization and consent in advance, and inform you of the purpose and purpose of the collection. If you do not provide the aforementioned information, you will not be able to enjoy the relevant services we provide. Managing Your Personal Information

A.2. – My redemption:

You can view the redemption record information and status of LP in the LP ledger within the mobile application.

A.3. – Your receiving information:

Mobile: The specified path is [Mobile Yuelin Mall - click on the specific product, immediately purchase, and enter the confirmation order page - there is a default address at the top, click on the address to view the historically created shipping address]. You can also set the most commonly used shipping address as the default address, so that if you do not change the shipping address the next time you make a purchase, your product will be delivered to that default address.

A.4. –Your profile information:

You can actively add your nickname, gender, and birthday on the mobile ["Profile - Click on personal profile in the upper left corner to enter the personal information page"], making it more convenient for you to purchase related products and services, and also making it easier for us to recommend products that you may be interested in. You can delete and modify your above information through this path.

Please note that if you need to access or correct any other personal information generated during the use of our products and/or services, please feel free to contact us at any time. We will respond to your request in accordance with the methods and deadlines listed in this privacy policy.

In addition to the information listed above, we are unable to provide access and correction services for some of your personal information. This information is mainly collected to enhance your user experience and ensure transaction security, as well as personal information generated when you use additional features. We will use the above information within your authorised scope, and you cannot access and correct it. (B) Delete your personal information

You can directly clear or delete information on our product and/or service pages, including order information, browsing information, and shipping address information

In the following situations, you can request us to delete personal information:

  • If our handling of personal information violates our agreement with you;
  • If you no longer use our products or services, or if you cancel your personal account;

(C) Change the scope of your authorization or withdraw your authorisation

You can change the scope of your authorization to continue collecting personal information or revoke your authorization by deleting information, turning off device features, setting privacy settings on our website or software, etc. You can also revoke all of our authorization to continue collecting and processing your personal information by cancelling your account.

Each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed. After you withdraw your consent or authorization, we cannot continue to provide you with the corresponding services for withdrawing your consent or authorization, and we will no longer process your corresponding personal information. But your decision to withdraw your consent or authorization will not affect the personal information processing previously carried out based on your authorisation.

(D) Account cancellation

You can directly apply for account cancellation by writing in to us through the contact information disclosed in this privacy policy. After receiving your application, we will complete the verification and processing within the promised time limit (no more than 15 working days); After verifying your account cancellation information and identifying the information you provided, we will process your account cancellation application.

Biometric Authentication Service

1. General

1.1. These terms apply to and govern your use of the Biometric Authentication Service provided by us.

1.2. By activating the Biometric Authentication Service, or using the Biometric Authentication Service, you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not activate or use the Biometric Authentication Service.

1.3. The Biometric Authentication Service is provided as part of our services, and is an alternative to using your Security Key to verify your identity to give Instructions to us and authorise Transactions.

2. Definitions and Interpretation

2.1. In these Terms, the following expressions, unless the context requires otherwise, shall have the following meanings:

  • "App" means our mobile application named ("Tridentity”) (as updated from time to time) which can be downloaded to any mobile device, through which you can access our services;
  • "Account" or "Accounts" means your account(s) on Tridentity;
  • "Biometric Authentication Service" means the identity authentication function provided by us pursuant to these Terms, which enables you to give Instructions to us through the App by authenticating your identity with your Biometric Credentials;
  • "Biometric Credentials" means the biometric credentials (including fingerprints, facial map or any other biometric data) that is registered or stored on a Permitted Mobile Device;
  • "Permitted Mobile Device" means a compatible Apple or Android mobile device and such other electronic equipment that we may accept for use with the Biometric Authentication Service from time to time, and includes the operating system or software that such mobile device or electronic equipment operates on;
  • "Security Key" means the password that you have devised to give Instructions and authorise Transactions;

2.2. In these Terms, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa and words importing a gender include every gender. Unless otherwise stated, reference to Clauses means the clauses of these Terms.

3. Biometric Authentication Service

3.1. To activate the Biometric Authentication Service, you must activate the biometric identity sensor module on your Permitted Mobile Device and complete the steps specified by us from time to time. Once successfully registered, you may authenticate your identity with your Biometric Credentials in lieu of your Security Key and give us Instructions through the App.

3.2. Having activated the Biometric Authentication Service on your Permitted Mobile Device, you may still choose to give Instructions via the App with your Security Key should you so choose.

3.3. You may deactivate the Biometric Authentication Service at any time by completing the steps specified by us from time to time. Once such service has been deactivated, you may continue to give Instructions through the App using your Security Key.

3.4. We have the right to specify or vary, from time to time, the scope and features of the Biometric Authentication Service without prior notice to you.

4. Your confirmations and responsibilities

4.1. You acknowledge and agree that for the purpose of providing the Biometric Authentication Service, the App will authenticate your identity by interfacing with the biometric identity sensor module on your Permitted Mobile Device. For this purpose, you consent to the authentication process and our access to and use of the information obtained via the biometric identity sensor module. We do not store your Biometric Credentials.

4.2. You understand and agree that in order to use the Biometric Authentication Service you must:

a. be a valid user of the App;

b. install the App using a Permitted Mobile Device;

c. activate the biometric identity sensor module on your Permitted Mobile Device and register at least one of your Biometric Credentials;

d. re-activate the Biometric Authentication Service and agree to these Terms again: (i) for each new Permitted Mobile Device that you use; and (ii) each time that you reinstall the App or delete the local data on your Permitted Mobile Device.

4.3. You fully understand and agree that upon successful registration for the Biometric Authentication Service on a Permitted Mobile Device:

a. each time the App detects the use of a Biometric Credential on that device to give Instructions in relation to a Transaction, you are deemed to have instructed us to perform such Transaction;

b. all Biometric Credentials stored on that device must be your own. If you store any other person’s Biometric Credentials or allow any other person’s Biometric Credentials to be stored on such a device, you are responsible for all Instructions and the resulting Transactions. All such dealings will be deemed to be authorised by you and will be binding on you in accordance with the provisions of the Client Agreement, including the provisions relating to your liability for unauthorised transactions if you acted fraudulently or with gross negligence.

4.4. You should take all reasonable security measures to prevent any unauthorised or fraudulent use of your Permitted Mobile Device, Biometric Credentials and the Biometric Authentication Service. These precautions include (but are not limited to):

c. taking reasonable precautions to keep safe and prevent loss or fraudulent use of your Permitted Mobile Device, Biometric Credentials and the Biometric Authentication Service. You should observe the security recommendations provided by us from time to time regarding the use of the Biometric Authentication Service;

d. b)not using the App or the Biometric Authentication Service on any mobile device or operating system that has been modified outside the mobile device or operating system vendor supported or warranted configurations. This includes devices that have been "jail-broken" or "rooted". A "jail-broken" or "rooted" device means one that has been freed from the limitations imposed on it by your mobile service provider and the phone manufacturer without their approval. The use of the App or the Biometric Authentication Service on a "jail-broken" or "rooted" device may compromise security and lead to fraudulent or unauthorised Transactions. The use of the App or the Biometric Authentication Service on a "jail-broken" or "rooted" device is entirely at your own risk and we will not be liable for any losses or damages or any other direct or indirect consequences suffered or incurred by you as a result;

e. refrain from using the facial recognition feature for the Biometric Authentication Service if you: (i) have an identical twin sibling; or (ii) are in adolescence (whereby your facial features may be undergoing a rapid stage of development), in which case you are recommended instead to use the Security Key to give us Instructions via the App;

f. refrain from taking any action, such as disabling any function or agreeing to any setting, in your Permitted Mobile Device that would otherwise compromise the security of the use of your Biometric Credentials for the Biometric Authentication Service (e.g., disabling the "attention-aware" for facial recognition);

g. If you are aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Permitted Mobile Device, Biometric Credentials or the Biometric Authentication Service, notify us as soon as reasonably practicable by calling our customer service hotline. Where applicable, we may require you to change your Security Key or any passwords, re-register your Biometric Credentials or cease to use the Biometric Authentication Service.

4.5. All Instructions received by us with your identity verified through the Biometric Authentication Service shall be binding on you. You are liable for all such Instructions and all resulting Transactions in accordance with the provisions of the Client Agreement.

4.6. You will be liable for all losses (including but not limited to losses arising from any unauthorised Transactions) if you have allowed any third party to use your Permitted Mobile Device, or failed to comply with your obligations or any security measures under these Terms, the security information and / or other relevant documents as provided by us from time to time.

5. Limitation of our liability

5.1. The Biometric Authentication Service is provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Biometric Authentication Service will be available at all times, or that it will be compatible with any electronic equipment, software, system or services that we may offer from time to time.

5.2. The biometric identity sensor module on your Permitted Mobile Device is not provided by us. We are not responsible for the biometric identity sensor technology. We do not give warranty, whether express or implied, of any kind including any warranty of quality, accuracy or performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement of right.

5.3. We are not liable for any losses, damages or expenses of any kind incurred or suffered by you arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Biometric Authentication Service, unless it is caused solely and directly by the gross negligence or willful default on our part or on the part of our employees or agents.

5.4. Under no circumstances are we liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary loss or damages, including loss of profits, loss due to business interruption or loss of any programme or data in your Permitted Mobile Device.

6. Modification, suspension and termination of the Biometric Authentication Service

We have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Biometric Authentication Service at any time without giving prior notice or reason to you, where we reasonably consider necessary or advisable to do so. These cases may include (but are not limited to) actual or suspected breach of security.

Notifications and Revisions To Our Privacy Policy

1. To provide you with better services and with the development of our business, this privacy policy will also be updated accordingly. But without your explicit consent, we will not limit your rights under this privacy policy. We will issue updated versions and remind you of relevant content updates through announcements or other appropriate means before it takes effect.

2. For significant changes, we will also provide more significant notifications (including but not limited to emails, text messages, or special pop-up notifications on the login page to explain the specific changes in privacy policies).

The significant changes referred to in this privacy policy include but are not limited to:
